2016 Courtroom Electronic Presentation Seminar

THE MASSACHUSETTS CHAPTER OF THE FEDERAL BAR ASSOCIATION
PRESENT A SEMINAR ON
THE USE OF THE ELECTRONIC PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT IN FEDERAL COURT

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 2016 at 3:00PM

JOHN JOSEPH MOAKLEY COURTHOUSE, BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

Topics to be covered will include equipment compatibility, procedures for bringing electronic equipment into the courthouse, use of the document presentation equipment, integrated lectern and video conferencing equipment, techniques for using electronic equipment in front of a judge and jury; and JERS (Jury Evidence Recording System).

There will be two concurrent sessions offered at 3:00PM hosted by:

U.S. District Judge Allison D. Burroughs
Courtroom 17, 5th Floor

U.S. District Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV
Courtroom 2, 3rd Floor

The District Judge will moderate each session, and will be assisted by practitioners and IT staff. Attorneys are encouraged to bring their IT support staff to this seminar.
